Windows 10: My .jar apps opens in Illustrator adobe.

My .jar apps opens into illustrator adobe. I accidentally made it the default program. I have tried to reset but it just won't reset.

I understand that .jar files opens in Internet Explorer by default and downloads again on Windows 10. I will certainly help you.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it resolves the issue.

1. Right click on the .jar file, select Open with
and click on Choose another app.

2. Select the app you want to open the .jar file from list.

3. If required, highlight the app and check the option
Always use this app to open, click OK.

Uninstall Adobe Illustrator CC 2018

Few months ago i had to install Adobe Illustrator CC 2018 for user,
who had Adobe account with license.
Now this user is away and i need to clean that computer.

I tried unistall from:

• "Apps & features"
  
• "Uninstall or change a program"
  
• ">Illustrator_Set-Up.exe /uninstall" from administrator command prompt
  

But it only opens "Creative Cloud" window where it needs log-in information. (Or "No internet connection" if no network connected)
Can i uninstall without finding someone with account?

 

Adobe Illustrator - just one purchase, no subscription

My daughter is wanting to use Adobe Illustrator, but does not want to have to purchase a subscription and pay every month/year.
Is there a version of Adobe Illustrator that one can download, at a reasonable price, that does not involve subscriptions? I was thinking Adobe CS4, and I looked at gHacks to see if it may be listed but did not find it. Other places to look?
