    My JBL Bluetooth headset is no longer discoverable


    My JBL Bluetooth headset is no longer discoverable. It worked perfectly yesterday. How do I connect to the device or update it's specific bluetooth driver if I cannot discover it? Initially I could not connect to it when it was listed and the device was turned on, so I choose to "forget the device" and try again and now it cannot be discovered. My windows is the most up-to-date version no updates pending.Please help! Thanks

    Bluetooth headset JBL tws115

    My Bluetooth headset JBL tws115 is paired and connected using a CSRv5.0 to windows 10 using microsofts drivers.

    I get audio thru the headphone setting, but no audio thru the headset setting and if I check the recording tab on windows sound setting it freezes.

    Any suggestions on how to fix the issue?

    There are no CSRv5.0 drives available to install

    Have tested with CSRv4.0 drivers Headset gets audio but microphone still doesn't work

    JBL Bluetooth headset sounds bad on Windows 10 when using it with Skype

    I have problems using a JBL TUNE 500BT bluetooth headset with Windows 10. The headset works fine with my phone but not working with Windows 10.

    After searching the net all solutions are talking about disabling the 'Handsfree Telephony' option which will disables the mic but I want to use the headset with Skype and communication apps.

    The problem happens when I open Skype the sound goes aways (or sounds very bad with crackling) but the mic works.

    All settings are set properly in Skype and sound in control panel. All drivers are up to date (bluetooth adapter, JBL headset).

    As I understood from the searching the internet it is common problem with bluetooth headsets with Windows.

    Is there any solution for this without disabling the mic?
