Windows 10: My JBL Charge 5 don't connect correctly

I have problems pairing my JBL Charge 5 with one of my computers. First it worked correctly, but suddenly it stopped working. It does very strange things, such as being very hard from remove from Device Manager for uninstalling the device.I have tried many things, like unpairing and repairing. The thing is that, when I pair it, the PC says it is connected, but the devices does not the bluetooth light that indicates that it is connected to a device is off. I found that, when paired, in Device Manager there is only a "JBL Charge 5" device. However, when I pair it to another Windows computer wh

jbl charge 3 portable speaker

I have a JBL Charge 3 portable speaker and I am trying to connect via Bluetooth with my HP laptop windows 10. It will pair but I get know audio because the laptop is reading it as a JBL headset of a JBL headphone and not a portable speaker. The speaker works
fine paired with my Ipod. How do I get windows to read it correctly?

 

Why my JBL charge 4 produced no sound while connected to my Laptop.

I connected my JBL Charge 4 on my laptop. But, there is no sound. I tried to solve it, I went to sound and devices then to output devices. I clicked "Allow" on speaker audio (JBL Charge 4). But, it didn´t work. It is not working although i clicked it hundred times. I hope someone can help me to fix this problem. Thank you
