Windows 10: My jbl mic wont connect with the wire

Hey guys so recently I bought a new computer, and I was trying to connect my JBL live 650tnc into my computer but for some reason when I connect it with the wire the mic won't work but the audio works pretty well but then I put it with Bluetooth everything works pretty fine, I don't understand what the issue is, if anyone can help, I would be grateful, thanks

Unable to connect and access JBL Flip 3 device on Windows 10

I have the same problem.

I had windows 7 and a new JBL Flip3. It was working. This weekend I upgrade to Windows 10 and the JBL stopped working. I have been working all weekend with Microsoft premium support and we have not fixed it yet. Like others the JBL is "paired" but
not connected. There is no "button" we can push to connect. So when we right click on the speaker Icon and select "playback devices" the JBL is not listed. As it is not listed, it can't be selected as the default.

Not only myself but Microsoft Premium support have tried all the steps listed here. We have even done a reset. Updated all the drivers. Still not fixed.

Can this be escalated please?

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.

About your issue regarding Bluetooth connections. Sometimes the main issue is the driver. But since your using JBL speaker, we suggest you to clear the previous connections of your JBL speaker. For you to do that, read the manual of your JBL to clear the
cache of the speaker.
