Windows 10: My Keyboard and Mouse and Sound drivers got deleted and maybe other drivers too

Hello


My keyboard and mouse drivers seem to have been deleted after i tried uninstalling a program using an uninstallation software and in the mwantime it seems some drivers of the computer got deleted.


I have tried to repair the problem by repairing windows in the advanced system blue interface but they are requestion a password i do not remember i have set


I also read some answers similar to my problem but i didn't know how to apply them


If you are able to help me fix this problem I would appreciated if you specified and explained the steps to be easy to follow and apply


I tried to use an external mouse and keyboard but it also didn't work, i plugged an usb disk by mistake and it read it


I am not able to access windows at all desktop shows up but i can't click anything


And I can access bios and I can utilize the mousepad and keyboard in it

• What is the exact error message?
• When did the issue first begin?

Mouse and keyboard driver unknown after recent update

This issue normally occurs due to outdated or incompatible keyboard and mouse drivers. We suggest you to run the
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check if it helps. Here are the steps:

• Type troubleshooting in the Search bar, and press Enter on the keyboard.
• Click View All.
• Right-click on Hardware and Devices from the list.
• Select Run as Administrator.
• Click Next and follow the prompts to run the troubleshooter.

Wireless mouse "driver is unavailable" issues

The error Driver is unavailable means that there is no available driver installed for your mouse that’s why it is not working. We suggest that you check the mouse driver from the device manager. Follow the steps below:
