Windows 10: My Keyboard and Mouse Goes Crazy.

Anyone can help me please? My Mouse and Keyboard it's goes crazy.... and it's make unsuable. If i need to use i need to press Ctrl + Alt + Del every any seconds to make it usable. It's drivers thing or anything? Anf i just double click on anygame or any files it's open properties of that files. And i need to press Ctrl + Alt + Del every seconds. It's anoying me when i need to work
