Windows 10: My keyboard and mouse won’t connect to pc. Please Help

So my brother just gave me his pc since he’s getting a new one but when i plug them in they don’t work on the login. They work in bios and advanced settings but i can’t even reset the pc through there it tells me “there was a problem resetting your pc” anything i try it says there’s a problem or it just won’t work. Please help i’ve waited so long for a pc and it won’t even work.

BLUETOOTH MOUSE WON T MOOVE. WHY?

I have a Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse 5000 that works only (right and left click works properly) but it won t moove. please help me and answer me as soon as possible.

 

Microsoft 5050 Wireless Keyboard & Mouse Not Detected

Hi,
I have a new Microsoft Mouse & Keyboard 2000 now.
Tried what you suggested with an old keyboard, connected the new one and it's a bit better.
I stll get an error saying the 'MKCHelper.exe' file is missing.
I still can't uninstall/reinstall Microsoft Mouse & Keyboard Centre, as it says it is on the PC, but is not listed in the list of software to uninstall.
When I slow the wheel scroll speed down, it works fine, but when I restart the PC I have to do it again, as it speeds up so much I can't control it.

Hello guy’s and gals, I was able to fix my mouse and keyboard issue, seems that they were not making a full connection, don’t know why that happened, when I first booted up , seems I had to really force the connections for keyboard and mouse USB Iinto the MB USB port,all is working now , thanks for everyone suggestions thanks
