Windows 10: My keyboard backlight suddenly stopped working on my Dell laptop keyboard

Anyone know what causes the keyboard backlight to stop working?The press Fn + F10 shortcut to turn the keyboard backlight on or off also stopped working.I tend to favor a setting I inadvertently changed in START > SETTINGS > PERSONALIZATION.Your thoughts?Michael T.

Keyboard backlight settings may have been automatically modified after the recent update. This

suggests pressing the shortcut keys Fn + right cursor to turn on the keyboard backlight. If it wasn't able to resolve the issue, we suggest contacting Dell support for additional options because Dell usually has a Dell system manager for device
configuration.
