Windows 10: my keyboard backlight wont turn on on my lenovo ideapad

    my keyboard backlight wont turn on on my lenovo ideapad


    its been working up until yesterday when i restarted my laptop. ive tried turning the backlight on and off again multiple times in the lenovo vantage toolbar, ive tried restarting my laptop, ive tried using both the Fn + Z and Fn + F keys and it still wont turn on. ive tried to adjust the brightness, ive tried using the command prompt, the troubleshoot settings which didnt even have a keyboard option, and the device manager but nothing has fixed it. i also dont have a key on the keyboard to turn on the backlight, i have to use lenovo vantage toolbar.

    i am using lenovo ideapad 100s-14IBR laptop. it does not have any keyboard back light setting. How do i turn on it? Is really it does not cointain backlight?
