Windows 10: My keyboard is acting strangely and it's driving me mad.

My god please help me. I am going insane because i'm trying to learn how to play the piano online but for some unknown reason on my keyboard I can't press r t and u at the same time. But it works perfectly fine for any other letters.

Keyboard acting strange since Windows 10 update

Method 1: Update keyboard drivers.



I suggest you to update the keyboard drivers and check if helps.

• Press Windows key + X key and click on
  Device manager.
• Click on Keyboards.
• Right-click on the Keyboards and click on
  Update driver software.

Method 2: Hardware and Device troubleshooter.

• Press Windows Key + X key, Click on Control Panel.
• Type troubleshooting in the search bar, click on troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Sound, click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.

Keyboard and mouse acting strange?

I'm , I understand that you're having some issues right now and I'd be more than happy to help you today.

Kindly try to rollback your mouse and keyboard driver to check if it will fix your concern.

1. Open run box by pressing Windows Key + R and type devmgmt.msc then hit enter

2. Locate and expand Mice and other pointing devices (do this also to Keyboards)

3. Right-click HID-compliant mouse and select Update driver

4. Select Browse my computer for drivers

5. Select Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer

6. Select any older driver from the list and click next

7. Wait for the process to complete, once completed, restart your computer and check if it resolves your issue.

If the steps above did not work, I would suggest that you uninstall the update that caused the issue.

1. Open settings by pressing Windows Key + I

2. Click Update and Security

3. Click View update history.

4. On the upper left portion click Uninstall Updates

5. Right-click on the latest windows update and select uninstall.

6. Restart your computer.
