Windows 10: my keyboArd is broken And i dont know how to fix it?

My lAptop keeps on chAnging some kets such As A from A to a1d5sfja1d5sfjkl;# this whenever i click it And it does it with 1 Aswell turing into 1032247890. i dont know how to fix this issue so Any help would be greAt.

All of my Text is broken and I don't know how to fix it

All of my Windows 10 text is messed up and very pixilated, I remember trying to optimise the computer and There was a setting saying on whether the GPU should support Graphics or Performance. I remember selecting performance and now everything is broken. I don't know where I selected it but any other way of fixing would be helpful.

• Click Start and then click Settings
• Click on Ease of access
• Click Keyboard in the left pane
• Turn off Filter Keys in the right pane

Also, try pressing the Fn+ Num Lock keys to turn off the Number lock function.
