Windows 10: My keyboard is fine but..

Hey mates please help it has been a Disaster Fellas .. my laptop keyboard isn't working but soon i noticed that it is a windows problem because when I went to start-up settings in bios, so it asked me to enter a key i entered the key and it was working but on main operating system it isn't responding And my keyboard only works at evening sometimes days too I am a gamer and i am not able to play games Is it a windows but or is my laptop wrong??Ver: win 11

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.

  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.

• Click Start and then click Settings
• Click on Ease of access
• Click Keyboard in the left pane
• Turn off Filter Keys in the right pane

Also, try pressing the Fn+ Num Lock keys to turn off the Number lock function.
