  1. My keyboard is in some sort of shortcut mode?

I don't know what's wrong with it. I haven't touched anything and now it's in some weird shortcut mode? Every key either opens an app or does something else. Can someone help me turn this off? For example, I press M, and it minimizes all windows, I press I and it opens settings. I'm so confused and I can't type.
