Windows 10: My keyboard is not working when I try to enter the PIN. How can I fix this?

I updated the BIOS and after the completion of update the PC says "your PIN is not available due to a change in the security settings on this device" I tried setting up my PIN and it asked me to enter the email password but I found out my keyboard isn't working. I tried typing my password with onscreen keyboard but it didnt solve the issue. But my keyboard works fine when I enter my wifi password to connect to the internetin wifi option

Can't enter PIN for Headset

I'm grateful for your replies. I obviously haven't done a good job of explaining. Here are snips of the windows involved. I have done all the steps suggested, but I can't directly enter the PIN in the larger window. That seems to be my only problem. Plantronics hasn't answered yet, but I'll hope they come through.

I'm trying to pair the Microsoft bluetooth keyboard with my pc windows 11, and when it comes to the second step "enter pin below - type the pin on your microsoft bluetooth keyboard and press enter if needed is not typing" its not working!

It does pair with my computer, but the typing is not moving anything.

Please if you had this issue and got the answer please sheare Thank you!

 

Enter pin twice with recent update

Still having the same problem. Would like a fix please, nothing you said to do is working.
