Windows 10: My keyboard is sunddely messed up SHIFT KEYS

My dad's comuter all of a sudden changed the functionality of the shift key buttons. Left Shift Key is now working as F1 key, opening the help pages from the softwares. The Right Shift Key is now working as CapsLock. I tried this solution below https://answers.microsoft.com/pt-br/windows/forum/all/bot%C3%A3o-shift-com-a-fun%C3%A7%C3%A3o-do-f1/d0b8f0fd-89e1-4b8d-b2e0-f349eb66aaee which told me to change a specific register and restart the computer, but it didn't work. I tried to check if StickyKeys were on, but they're not.I noticed that, when I open the Virtual Keybord, everytime I press

Hello.
I have problem with Lenovo Idea Pad 100 laptop (OS: WIN10). After replacing HDD into SSD I faced a strange problem. Both Shifts of the keyboard doesn‘t work .
I have tried to:

• Check if sticky keys are off. They are off.
• Connect external keyboard via USB port. Shift keys on external keyboard works good.
• Check the keyboard on online tester which indicates pressed buttons. It can‘t indicate press of the shift
• Change several different input languages. The problem is on all of them.
• Reinstall keyboard driver
• Check if connection is OK. It is OK.
• Tried to run computer without screws (I have read in one forum that screws could touch the keyboard from the bottom and it wouldn‘t operate normal)

I believe that keyboard is not damaged because connector damage could cause just exact part of keyboard failure, while it is impossible to do physical damage for both shifts. Any solutions?

Try the below methods and check if that helps:

Method 1: Run the SFC.

Follow the below steps:

• Open Command Prompt and select “Run as Administrator”.
• Type “sfc /scannow” without quotes and hit
  Enter.

Now check for the issue.

Method 2: Let us try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and check if it helps.

Step 1: Uninstall the keyboard driver from Device Manager.

Follow the steps to uninstall the Graphics card driver:

a. Press Windows Key + X and then click Device Manger.

b. Search for Keyboard Driver.

c. Right click the Keyboard and click uninstall.

d. Follow the prompt and restart the computer.

Step 2: You can download and install the keyboard drivers from the manufacturer website and check if it helps.

NumLock key messes up alpha keys on desktop with full size keyboard.

I realize that numlock key messes up with other keys on the keyboard. I will try to help you with this issue.

  What is the make and model of the keyboard?
  

Unplug the keyboard from the computer, restart the computer once and then re-plug the keyboard to check if that helps.

You may also plug in this keyboard into another PC to check if the issue persists. You may plug in another keyboard in to this PC to check if that helps.

Also ensure to install any pending Windows updates on the PC and restart it to check if that helps.
Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

You may also use the on-screen keyboard to check if the issue persists.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
