Windows 10: My keyboard keys are messed up...

Hii... I have a Gamdias Hermes M1 and i'm having an issue where if i press my backspace on that keyboard it types a 5... And Hera is'nt working... I'm now typing with another keyboard, but is there maby a way to clear the memory on my keyboard? I think that hera malfunctioned and changed all the key bindings you can do that on this keyboard and now it's saved on the keyboard. I don't think it can be a short because some of the keys perform actions that you can only activate in hera. if there is any way to clear the memory please let me know.ps i did ask gamdias, but they didn't respond yet and I need this keyboard to work.
