Windows 10: My keyboard Keys don't work!

I have a Rog Strix gaming laptop, I've only noticed this problem consisting recently starting 3 days ago. I'm having trouble with seeing if the problem resides with my laptop keyboard or the os. The Key I have trouble using s, w, x, z, as well as my esc button. and probably some other that I'm not fully aware of.Also its random I can use shift and some other buttons while clicking the key of choice and it works I can also and randomly all of a sudden they all work fine, but then in a few minutes or hours they'll start acting up again. I can also press them when clicking two letters at the same

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
