Windows 10: My keyboard, mice and headphones are not working - XPS 15 9500

I have a laptop connected to two monitors.I have a lention connector whihc has a usb for the keyboard + mice and a usb for headphone.yesterday I think after an upgrade of dell they stopped working.I tried updated all drivers.I tried using a different keybord/mice.so far nothing works

Dell XPS 9500 Settings

Hello...I have a brand new Dell XPS 15 9500 with both Intel and Nvidia graphics. Except when I open Nvidia Control Panel and click the image settings I see 0 activity from the discrete Nvidia card (1650Ti). Even then it moves 1 - 2%. Is this normal behavior or should I see more of a balance between the on-processor (Intel UHD) and Nvidia graphics? I assume if I changed from Auto to high performance discrete in Nvidia Control panel that might work...but probably kill battery, correct?

I suggest you follow the below method.



Method 1: I suggest you to run the hardware and device troubleshooter
to check and fix issues with hardware and devices.
Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
  

Method 2: Update the touchscreen drivers manually from the Device manager by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

1.Press Windows logo + X keys on the keyboard and select
Device manager from the context menu.

2.Expand Human Interface Device option, right click on the touchscreen driver and select Update this software from the context menu.

3.Follow the on-screen instructions.

9500 Keyboard Problems

hi everyone,

my 9500 keyboard has several keys which are not functioning. can anyone suggest how to have my keyboard repaired. i lve in canada. do i send it to europe?? i bought my nokia 9500 communicator in tilburg, netherlands in july 2006.

i cannot get nokia support in Canada, where i live. Can anyone suggest a way of having this thing serviced. the keyboard malfunctioned shortly after i came back home, less than a month after buying the unit.

any advice most appreciated.
