Windows 10: My keyboard Model KGR1173 cannot connect

Hi!my keyboard does not pair when I plug in the USB reciever, and when I went into Settings, then devices, scrolled down, then I saw this message that read: Device Descriptor Request Failed. Can you please help me?My OS is Windows 10

Method 2.

Try updating the latest keyboard devices from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.

how do I connect my remote keyboard with bluetooth? I have tried with the following steps but it still will not connect

   Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.

   Bluetooth.
