Windows 10: My keyboard stopped working and in device manager I get Error code 37: The driver was not...

I have tried uninstalling the drivers but it doesn’t work. I also tried troubleshooting but it doesn’t detect any issues. the entire keyboard stopped working for some reason. I don’t use any external keyboard, just the one on my windows laptop. The wireless mouse I have plugged in still works though. I also scanned for malware but there wasn’t any detected. I have also restarted my computer many times. Can someone please help me to get my keyboard to work?

  Enter.
• Right-click the device that you are trying to use when this error code came up from the list.
• Select Uninstall from the menu that appears.
• After the device is uninstalled, choose Action on the menu bar.
• Select Scan for hardware changes to reinstall the driver.

I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the pc and login to the admin account or the Microsoft account to check if that helps.

I also suggest you to install any pending updates on the pc to check if that helps. Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

Method 3:

I suggest you to plug in the USB device and run the hardware troubleshooter to check if that helps.
