Windows 10: My keyboard suddenly freezes and press / and my touch pad malfunctioning and the UI...

I was recently handed down a 5 year old laptop with fresh new installed os and SSD. after 5 months, my ui suddenly black out for a second and freeze then after restarting it, my keyboard suddenly freezes and continuously type / without my control disabling the keyboard and trackpad. The trackpad also got laggy. I couldn't uninstall my keyboard driver because there is no keyboard driver available for my laptop from its services site.please help.

Malfunctioning of touch pad and keyboard

I have Lenovo G40-70, winfdows 10 Recently I have been observing a strange behavior. The delete button doesn't work when I press it, but at randomly. Then it doesn't stop deleting the text until it deletes everything in the text box.

Initially thought hardware button issue. However, another strange thing which happens simultaneously is synaptic touch pad also stops working. Let me tell you another observation, as soon as I press tab things go back to normal. So it seems the freezing
of touch pad and malfunction happens in the text box.

While booting also sometimes it stuck at Lenovo symbol but if unfreezes with pressing TAB button.

Already tried updating drivers.

Can some link the dots to help me?

 

Keyboard and touch pad not working after using as tablet mode

I have a toshiba convertible laptop, I was using it in both laptop mode and tablet mode. Suddenly after converting from tablet mode to laptop mode the keyboard and touch pad stopped working in windows. The keyboard is functional and working in bios I am able to change the options in bios but when it comes to windows only the function keys are working to change the system settings. The touch pad is also having the same issue.

My laptop is an ASUS X55LA. I have attached both photos and yes, I was referring to the device manager. BTW there is no 'Power Management' settings in my BIOS.
