Windows 10: My Keyboard Suddenly Stopped Working Except Macro Keys

I was using my keyboard just fine a few hours ago, but suddenly, all keys stopped working except for the built-in macro keys such as media play/pause and browser launch. This is incredibly frustrating, and I need to fix it as soon as possible. I'm certain this is not a hardware issue since I've tried all possible physical troubleshooting steps. I also uninstalled the keyboard driver from Device Manager, but no matter how many times I restart my PC, the driver does not reinstall. Additionally, I reinstalled the manufacturer's software, but it still doesn't recognize my keyboard. Any help woul

Hi, I have a allow origins 60 by hyperx.
I've noticed when I'm playing a game or doing something that requires me to click my "d" key It will sometimes just not work. It happens to often It gets me killed in what ever game I'm playing or I have to click it multiple times for it to even register. At first I thought it was my keyboard until my mouse also stopped working randomly.
My mouse is a G Pro superlight, I have a macro on one of my key binds to zoom in and zoom out, in the past this macro worked perfectly with 0 issues, now It will work perfectly for about 5 seconds then it will start to glitch and stop. My macro is set to repeat while hold using Logitech G Hub no one else that I know has ever had these issues please help me It's driving me nuts.

Mouse and keyboard center macros take ages for first run

I understand your concern, I’ll be glad to assists you. I suggest you to clear the
FilterKeys and check if it helps.

• Type Ease of Access Center in the search box.
• Select make the keyboard easier to use.
• Click to clear Turn on Filter Keys, or adjust the settings to a quicker rate.
• Close the Window.

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to remove and re add the macros.
