    whenever i try to capitalize a letter when i click shift it just type the capital letter ZZZZZZ

    Unable to type Shift+Z, can only type capital Z with Caps Lock: I have a very strange issue. I cannot create a capital z without using Caps Lock or Copy-Pasting it into text. Pressing Shift+Z does not work at all, but all other capital letters and special characters work when I press and hold Shift.It's not a hardware issue...
