Windows 10: My keyboard won't type certain letters Q / R unless I press other keys on the laptop keyboard

So the issue started a week ago. I was playing League and I notices the keys Q and R where sometimes not registering. If I pressed them really hard they sometimes started to work back, but not all the time. Usually tho, they just worked normally. Over the days, they have started to not respond more and more until yesterday at night, when they stopped responding whatsoever. I've noticed though that when I'm pressing literally whatever other key on the keyboard, they work normally. Is this a software issue or do I have to replace my keyboard? It is a laptop, so replacing will be expensive...I've

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to the laptop to check if that helps.

Further you may also use the onscreen keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
