Windows 10: My keyboards and buttons not workıng properly,

Hello, my brand new Mıcrosoft keyboard ıs not workıng correctly, sometımes some keys not workıng but sometımes they do, I also notıced my ps/2 keyboard suddenly stopped workıng as well I cannot type certaın keys on my keyboard, I rebooted my computer dozens tımes dıd not help, Numlock and Caps lock also sometımes work sometımes not, what should I do? I'm usıng Englısh dısplay language on my Wındows 10 1803 professıonal wıthkeyboard, I cleared the checkboxes on Devıce Manager related to Save Power (keyboard sectıon) dıd not help as well.


I need help!

Mine is up gradation from Windows 7 to 10.The problem of `NG Studio not working' still persists despite the steps undertaken as suggested by you.Now what to do?

  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.

First of all, I would suggest you to install all the latest updates released by Microsoft from Windows Updates and check if that helps or not. And to update your drivers, please follow the steps and let us know if it helps fixing the issue or not:

Open Device Manager by pressing Windows key + X, click on
Control Panel; select System and Maintenance.

• Click on Device Manager.
• In Device Manager, locate Keyboard and double-click to check if it’s working properly.
• Go to Driver tab, then click on Update Driver. And follow the instructions.
