Windows 10: My Keyboard's shortcuts stopped working since the Windows 11 23H2 update

Everything was fine with Windows 11 until the 23H2 update, Since the update, all of my keyboard shortcuts like emoji shortcut windows key+. or windows key+R everything stopped working. not only that my keyboard had extra additional shortcut buttons like calculator button, email button, those also stopped working. how do I fix this issue or go back to the old version?

Here's the steps you can try.

-Go to Settings

-Click System

-Click Troubleshooter then Additional troubleshooter.

-Look for Keyboard and run the troubleshooter.

-Go to Device Manager

-Expand the Keyboard

-Look for Keyboard driver that was installed

-Right click and Update

-Look for "Browse my computer for driver

-Let me pick drivers available drivers

-Choose an old driver and use it.

Restart your computer and test the shortcuts.

Keyboard shortcuts not working from external keyboard

I use an external mechanical keyboard, connected via USB.

Recently some keyboard shortcuts stopped working, but they used to work.

• Windows + Tab
  
• Windows+ V
  
• Alt + Tab
  
• Ctrl + Alt + Del
  

Other shortcuts such as Ctrl + P still work.

Anyone have any advice on how to troubleshoot this?

 

Keyboard shortcuts in Windows 11

Why does windows 11 assign keyboard shortcuts to itself that are already being used by other apps? WITHOUT the possibility to change these keyboard shortcuts...

Why can't the users change these keyboard shortcuts in Windows 11?

I have an app that uses the Win+Ctrl+L keyboard shortcut.

Upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 and my shortcut doesn't work anymore. Plus I can't disable or change the Windows shortcut anywhere.

If I use the Win+Ctrl+L shortcut, the subtitles thing/stuff comes up. But I DON'T want that to pop up!

I would like to be able to stop Windows from using the shortcut.

How can I achieve that?
