Windows 10: My keys got remapped

Hi, this problem happened yesterday and I haven't been able to solve it.

I tried to "at" someone on a forum yesterday and my alt gr+q didn't work, someone told me that I should use the on-screen keyboard, so I did and noticed that the alt gr key was mapped to the left alt key, so I can't use any alt gr + key commands, if I want to write the at symbol I would have to copy it from another text or use the on-screen keyboard.

Then I started messing with the function keys (my laptop has a fn key) and now, f5 and f6 are mapped to "e" and "i"; also, the imp pnt key that is used to take full screen captures makes a beep noise when I press it and doesn't do captures anymore.

EDIT: Another thing I've found out, the beeping noise also happens if I press fn+r or fn+s, only those letters work, the rest do nothing.

I tried to change the language of the keyboard (from mexican spanish to spain), reset my laptop, turn it off and on again, but the problem continues.

External keyboard keys remapped

Hi, some keys on my external keyboard that I use with my laptop have been remapped.

They have been remapped like this:

2 remapped to Insert

3 remapped to Home

4 remapped to 'W'

5 remapped to Delete

I tried the laptop's inbuilt keyboard and there are no issues whatsoever. I don't know if it is a software or hardware issue.

 

Accidentally remapped keys

A few hours ago, I somehow managed to accidentally remap a few of my keys. For example, my escape key has been remapped to "1". I have no idea how I managed to do this, it occurred when I was randomly typing on my keyboard.
