My Kingston DataTraveler 100 G3 is showing in Windows as a SCSI drive instead of USB

So, this drive was working as intended as a USB drive. I was using Rufus to make it a bootable USB for a linux server I was trying to test, but my computer Win10 blue-screened during that process. Since then, it has been showing as a SCSI drive in the Device Manager. I have tried removing the drivers, removing the device, formatting, assigning drive letters. When plugged into my computer, I can access it as a drive, and have the option to change from persistent to removable, but as it is listed as a scsi drive, I can't use it to make a bootable USB.

Trying to update the driver just shows that the current driver is the best match, so I am wondering how I can manually set this to use the USB Mass Storage driver without fully reinstalling windows?

    :)
