Windows 10: My language input hotkey doesn't work properly

I always use Left Alt + Shift To change my language Input but after updating Windows 10 latest I cant use it anymore so I upgrade to Windows 11 but it is still happens.when I tried to change language input on taskbar click on the Taskbar + Left Alt + Shift it changed 6 out of 10 timebut everything except taskbar change language while using edge, desktop, file explorer, other programs it's almost impossible changeI changed back to grave accent and it just work perfectly fine. Any Ideas?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Unable to remove a Language for the keyboard or the hotkey
