    My laptop always reboot unexpected.


    The system log show "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a 0xfffffffffffffffb, 0x00000000000000ff, 0x00000000000000bc, 0xfffff802c9382403. ". Anyone could help on it.

    What hardware is available for swap testing? PSU? etc.

    I saw a PSU on ebay and that was on my list of options to try.

    what puzzles me is that the reboots never happened for FIVE years until i installed windows 10 and someone said this indicates a driver issue.

    So driver verifier will be my next step (thanks Zbook)

    My laptop always reboot unexpected.

    Win10 laptop auto reboots unexpected after wake up from sleep

    Recently, I met one auto reboot issue on my Dell latitude laptop. It's a Win 10 system. Each time, after I put it to sleep state and close the lid, then after I open the lid, Win 10 would auto reboot.

    I updated the system and some drivers. I guess it's the root cause. Anyone can help? Thanks!
