Windows 10: my laptop asus rog strix g531gv dont recognize my gopro hero 8 black

hi <

I have a problem with my new laptop, on my old PC when I connect camera hero 8 i can see photos or videos from camera on windows explorer but with my new laptop I can see camera on windows explorer, only on device manager I can see camera but I cant acces media from device manager. my laptop have this configuration: intel core i7 9th generaion,16 gb ram, video card GeForce RTX 260, windows 10 pro with last updates,

I try differents methods: I have uninstalled usb drivers,i update usb drivers, I try with 3 cables , I update camera firmware with last update but same problem in windows explrer don't appear my camera

I can see camera only in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Devices and Printers or in device manager

On my old PC isn't this problem, there appear my camera when I connect but in this new laptop don't

can help me somebody pls ? sorry for my bad English but isn't my native language

The Strix has WiFi and the Hero doesn't.

Hero has more USB and the Strix doesn't.

That's all the difference that I can see.

what else, what thing has the Hero that makes me want it?. Why people buy it, instead of the Strix?.

 

Green tinted Asus ROG Strix laptop screen issue

After I had updated the first Windows update in my ASUS ROG STRIX 503, the monitor (i. e., laptop screen) started showing some unwanted results.

It has a light green tint on the surface.
It starts after the boot, just after the windows loads all its files and will be on for the rest of the usage.

It is really annoying and disturbing while using the laptop. I got a major bug for buying a gaming PC. They refused to include in warranty so I have to solve the problem.

Note: It is in perfect condition and it's age is just 1.5 months.
I have searched for the green tint, but updating drivers doesn't help me in any manner.

This could be a problem of Windows, since it doesn't show up in ubuntu.

GoPro HERO 5 BLACK No USB Connection

My GoPro HERO 5 BLACK no USB connection and Troubleshooting can't fix it. I already contacted with GoPro Support and they told me if SD card by card reader shows file in Quik software everything is OK. How can I restore connection via USB like I have before?I'mlooking
for driver for GoPro but can not find it. Thanks.
