Windows 10: MY LAPTOP AUDIO APPEARS TO BE WORKING BUT DOES'NT

I have an MSI thin 10SC The laptop audio appears to be very normal for all my time of using it. However, I do not know what the reason is, after updating Windows, my audio went missing, and my USB-C mic does not work anymore after window reset -I have tried reinstalling windows-troubleshoot -reinstalling the driver here is the picture of the speaker which appears to be normal but there is no sound coming out of the speaker audio problem : https://imgur.com/4JnEE4Jmic problem : https://imgur.com/Tlsryjhthe mic I use is usb and was fine untill after I reset window, then it doesnt pic up any soun

AUDIO SERVICE NOT WORKING.

Hi,

In that case, I suggest you follow below.

Step 1:

In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, then select it from the results.

Step 2:

Select the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers to expand it.

Step 3:

Look for IDT High Definition Audio CODEC. If it's listed, right-click it and select Update Driver, then select Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

Step 4:

You’ll see a list of pre-installed drivers. Select High Definition Audio Device, and then select Next.

Step 5:

Restart PC

Can not record audio.

• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.
