Why did my battery capacity drop from 27000 mwh to 4300 mwh suddenly?

I have had this laptop for 3 years now. I was working yesterday and my battery percentage was showing around 90%. Suddenly my laptop shut down. I plugged in the charger and saw that battery had drained to zero. I checked the battery health and it shows that my full charge capacity is 4200 mwh. And it was 27000 mwh just few hours ago. It is providing battery backup of around 1 hour 10-20 minutes without charging.

 

Battery decrease by 15.000 mWh for a very short period

Hello,
I've bought an laptop mid this year and the laptop battery was totally fine in the first months. However, I've decided to generate a battery report today and I saw that for a period of about ~3 weeks my capacity dropped by 15.000 mWh, which is insane!
I used the laptop for a very short time during that period and most of the time it was actually powered off.

So what might cause this? Is battery deffected or what? Any advise would be helpful.
