Windows 10: My laptop becomes very slow after I click "Network Reset" on win10

Hello i have noticed a problem with my laptop. after i click on "Network Reset" on win10, my laptop becomes very slow, booting my laptop and opening an application has to wait a very long time, but before clicking "network reset" my laptop I'm still fast and smooth. Right now I don't know what's wrong with it. Can someone help please?

Laptop won't show list of available networks
