Windows 10: My laptop boots two boot screens Windows screen - Lenovo screen

My laptop boots to the Lenovo boot screen for a second and then starts to boot Windows. Is there a solution to make it go back to the Lenovo boot screen only or the Windows boot screen only?There is also a blinking cursor on black screen starts for 0.2 seconds before all of that and all of this never happened for me before .. Is there a solution ؟

Toshiba Laptop Black Screen

I have a Toshiba Laptop, Was reinstalling windows 7 on it last night left it doing the updates then shut it down. Turned it on this this afternoon only to find the laptop screen is Black and also there is a burning smell coming from the Fan.

I connected the Laptop to a external monitor that is fine, Can go into bios, Windows boots up fine Etc.
Just took apart the laptop earlier to check all the cables where in correctly, Checked the motherboard over for any damage, burnt bits but but found nothing. Just put it back together now but im still getting this burning smell and i still cant use the laptop screen only a external screen.

I Tried Pressing FN+F5 to switch to the laptop screen, But still black screen. Any Suggestions please ?

What you mean by not boot

Doesn't turn on at all
Windows doesn't make the boot sound
Not ping
No remote access

Maybe the computer is bootingwith the integrated video card and Windows is crashing for some reason.

 

Windows ME Boot Screen

My friend has ME, and he doesn't like the boot screen. Is there a free program that I can use to change the screen? Thanks for your help. *Smile
