My laptop cannot go to Win11 due to my processor speed, but the processor says it's faster...

I am writing this realizing I should know the answer. My laptops specs are below. Win11 reqs say "1 Ghz or faster with 2 or more cores and appearing on our list of approved CPUs. The processor in your PC will be a main determining factor for running Windows 11. The clock speed the 1 Ghz or faster requirement and number of cores 2 or more are inherent to the processor design as it was manufactured and are not considered upgradable components." I am trying to figure out why my processor is getting flagged as the showstoppe

    :)

  2. Processor Speed

    Hi everyone!

I am using an HP Notebook, with an Intel i3 5005U processor and 4Gb of RAM.

Can anyone help boost my processor speed? It's locked at 0.78GHz and does not go to 2GHz unless it goes over 60% utilisation. Any suggestions without damaging my laptop?

Please let me know what do to.

    E72 processor speed

You could use the newest version of PhoNetInfo to check the phone's processor. The older version of PhoNetInfo likely also doesn't recognize and ID the new ARM11 processor and thus misreports its speed.

Most likely LCG's X-Plore (even the latest 1.4.2 released this Feb, 2010) apparently hasn't updated its processor-detection module and thus likely incorrectly reports the processor speed. (It also says 192mhz, when the new PhoNetInfo reports 600mhz correctly).

In any case, I did run benchmarks on the E72 and E63 and notice that the E72 is about 50% more or less faster than the E63. (I used JBenchmark to benchmark the E72 and the E63 and jotted down their results -- noting the E72 is indeed faster). Futuremark's
free SPMark can also be used to benchmark the E72. (I haven't tried running SPMark on the E63 yet though). I believe the E63 has the same processor as the E71.
