Problem one : my laptop can't catch any WIFI apart phones hotspot Hi here i have a serious problem With my laptop it's been one week now that i got my laptop from my dad and the problem I'm facing is that i can't connect to any WIFI apart from phones hotspot, i tried everything and when I say everything it's everything from troubleshooter to command prompt,from there to device manager, if i want to list what i did I could probably not finish today, i watched several videos similar to my problem on YouTube , searched on Quora ,even on the previous solved questions on this platform but nothing,

WiFi Hotspot Problem in My Laptop


Hi, I have installed windows10 pro in my laptop. I used window8 before it. I was able to make wifi hotspot in my previous windows8. But in this windows10 pro I can not use wifi hotspot with my samsunggallaxy s3 phone. I have used several types of wifi hotspot creator software, like, my wifi router (I used it before), my public wifi, baidu wifi, virtual router and with COMMAND Prompt. Phone is showing connected, but cannot access to the internet. Please help me.

Android can't reconnect to WiFi after getting out of range windows 10 hotspot

I have an Android device which I periodically connect to my Laptop's WiFi. I use the inbuilt 'Mobile Hotspot' of windows 10 located in Settings -> Network & Internet -> Mobile Hotspot.

It shows a list of devices connected to your hotspot, but after connecting a device and taking it out of the range of hotspot while leaving the WiFi of the device on, the device is not automatically disconnected from the Hotspot according to the Laptop and still shows in the list of connected devices.

So, If I go to outside for a walk and come back, I can't connect my Android phone again without restarting laptop's hotspot. Any solutions would be helpful.
