    My laptop continually scrolls to the bottom with no user input.


    Using a mouse if I scroll down a little, it goes all the way to the bottom of the screen. Help!

    the scroll is not working on the touchpad, i have an ASUS S56C laptop and I have tried all the suggested steps, installing drivers, uninstalling touchpad dirvers, updating within device manager, etc...

    nothing suggested worked.

    • What exactly do you mean when you say continuous scroll?
    • What is the make and model of your device?
    • Are you trying to change the view of your File Explorer?

    The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.
