Windows 10: My laptop Dell Latitude E7470 Windows Cant Active

I buy republished laptop it's come with windows 10 pro, but I can't active it, it says log in with the same account Microsoft account that login before, I buy from this retailer store so I no longer know who uses this laptop before. that screenshot taken from this laptop that I'm want to active now, I find it on int internet how to check Retail licence to Windows 10 Pro N in cmd Can I active windows on this laptop? or not possible to active since it republished.ThankQ Everyones

Need assistance in getting a TB16 Thunderbolt Port Replicator to connect to a Dell Latitude E7470 laptop

I'm not sure if I have come to the right category but I have a colleague and she has a Dell Latitude E7470 laptop and she wants to connect her TB16 Thunderbolt Port Replicator to her machine. The issue she has is the end of the Port Replicator isn't a USB
adapter but what appears to be a USB-C adapter.

Can anyone recommend any good sources that offer some kind of USB-C to a USB adapter/converter?

I'm based in the UK.

Then in the Settings App, go to Update and Security - Activation

What exactly is reported under Activation?
