Windows 10: My laptop do not turn on today while having both charger and screen LED on all today!!

I pluged my laptop this morning and after a while I found it doesn't turn on while the screen LED, indicating screen is working was on. I unplugged it from charger but neither the charger LED nor the screen LED go off, even when I close the laptop

Thank you for posting your response.

We appreciate the time and effort that you have invested in to fix the issue.

I would suggest that you wait for a couple of hours more, if you are still stuck in the same screen I would suggest that you terminate the process by follow the steps below:

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system

Once the computer restarts, perform the steps mentioned in the previous post and check.

WM6 Today Timeout

Is anyone else having any issues with the timeout on the today screen. I have set it to multiple different time frames > an hour and it always goes back to the today screen after turning it off and back on.



Any suggestions?

Missing appointments on Today Screen

I have a similar problem after upgrading to WM6 on my ATT 8525. It's 9am now and I have two appointments (non-recurring) later today: one at 2pm and one at 5:30pm. Both appear properly in the phone's Calendar. But on the Today screen, only the first appointment is
listed. (There's plenty of room on the screen for more; in fact, both appointments were shown on the Today screen yesterday! And I'd already upgraded to WM6.) I tried a soft reset, but it didn't help.
