Windows 10: My laptop does not detect my AMD Graphics Card

I have hp 840 G2 laptop and it has amd card. recently I got my laptop repair, soon after that I reinstalled the windows because it got corrupted, since after that my laptop doesn't detect amd card, I have tried to download the drivers or automatic card detection tool by amd but it says no amd card detected. couple of week ago after restarting laptop did detect magically but then I put my laptop to sleep and opened it the next day and again laptop didn't detect amd card. I need help in this regard. Also it would be great to tell or point me the location of gpu in hp 840 G2.

• Turn your computer off.
• Pull out your video/graphics card.
• Rubbed the cold contacts with soft pencil eraser.
• Connect your video/graphics card back to the computer.

windows 10 is not detecting my APU AMD A10-9700 graphic card

Hello,

I've an asrock mother board (ab350 itx/Ac) and an AMD APU (a10-9700E)

and no way to detect my graphic card as a Radeon R7, it's still named "basic windows card" in the device list.

I tried several versions of the AMD drivers for APU A series with no success

everytime I re-install everything I use a soft to clean everything.

Is there something I miss in the BIOS or anywhere ?

AMD Graphics not getting detected.

If windows 10 update and device manager by themselves did a proper installation of the drivers, I would have been able to access the Radeon settings and no error would pop up. I did an antivirus scan with Kaspersky and ESET and found no viruses in my system.

What is it that's causing the "AMD graphics drivers are installed" error?

I believe that the 2GB AMD graphics card is more superior to integrated intel graphics. What step would you advise me to force enable usage of AMD Radeon graphics for applications that involve editing of images and vector graphics like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign?
