Windows 10: My Laptop Doesn't Have Administrator User

Hope u help me with this serious problem.

I had only one account on my laptop which is the administrator... I accidentally deleted it via the CMD and when I restarted the laptop I found that my user was deleted and instead of my name i found that the user name was "Administrator" and my device asked me for a password which i don't know for this account to login. I tried all possible passwords like the old one,t old PIN, admin, administrator, none, no, non, etc. but i i wasn't able to login so i started to google the problem and I found an application called "windows password refixer" and i used it to create two new account "Temp 1" and "Temp 2" without administrator privilege as i need to buy the full version to make a new admin account using a bootable USB drive. I managed to login to my Laptop again and the "Administrator" account disappeared but when i logged in i wasn't able to make any changes to my laptop as i am considered as guest or standard account "i actually don't know" but i can't see the second account from the first one nor make this account an admin even after logging in with my Microsoft account! i entered the recovery mode to open the cmd as admin as i wasn't able to do so in these guests account and when i tried to open it, windows asked me again for the "Administrator" account password... i tried many different passwords and i found out that it was "0000" lol. I typed net user in the CMD and found only Administrator and WDAGUtilityAccount and there is no Temp1 or Temp2 i tried all possible ways to add new users and add them to administrators and also tried to activate the built in admin account but everything goes away after restarting my laptop... the i decided to restore system using system restore point but when doing so the process failed after it finished and there was no changes in the system. I went back to the cmd and tried the trick of renaming the cmd.exe file to utilman.exe or sethc.exe and opening it in the login screen but when doing so the windows security consideerd the renamed cmd file as an virus and i wasn't able to turn it off as i don't have administrator privilege. now i can't delete these new useless accounts nor login to "Administrator" even after knowing that MS has made "0000" as a default password. I need to create only one admin account to get the control of my Laptop again. please help me as fast as you can!

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

 

Windows 10 Administrator's Permission Needed. I AM THE ONLY USER!

I understand your concern that you are unable to play the game Civilization IV Gold Edition after upgrade to Windows 10, we will help you with this issue.

Please do let us know the following information to understand the issue and assist you better:

• As you have already created new user account, have you tried to log-in with that account and access the game?
• Is this issue confined only to the specific game?

I suggest you to try few of the below steps and check if it helps:

Step 1: I suggest you to check the number of user accounts created on your laptop and also to ascertain the administrator account.

• Press Windows + R key together on your desktop screen.
• Type netplwiz and hit Enter.

Step 2: Enable Built-in administrator.

I suggest you to enable built-in administrator account, try to log-in with that account and access the game to check if there is any issues with the current user account.

• Press Windows + X key together on your desktop screen.
• Click on Command Prompt (admin) to open
  Command Prompt.
• Type the following command and hit Enter: net user administrator /active: yes
  (Check for the spaces)
• Now log off from the current user and try to login to the administrator account that is enabled.
  

Note: Please follow the same steps and type net user administrator /active: no to disable admin account after the troubleshooting is done.
