Windows 10: My laptop doesn't recognize Marshal Motif ANC as headphones

After creating the pair with my headphones, my laptop didn't connect to the headphones. And there is no "Connect" button for these headphones in the list of paired devices.

Exodus ANC Headphones will not connect to laptop via Bluetooth.

Hello,

I recently bought a pair of House of Marley Exodus ANC headphones and while I like them a lot they will not connect to my computer. I can connect every other bluetooth device I own to this laptop and the headphones will pair with any phone I test it with
but just won't do my laptop.

The headphones actually do show up when I click on "add a device" but every time I try to connect it just kinda times out and tells me to try again. I have tried all of the following:

- Restart computer

- Restart Bluetooth

- Reinstall drivers and check for updates

- Esnure pairing mode is on with headphones

- Set Bluetooth devices to automatic

Anyone have any ideas? I really want to fix this but everything online has failed and the devices should be compatible thank you for your help in advance!

 

Audio doesn´t work aftter connecting headphones

Original Title: No audio

Sometimes when i want to use the headphones, i connect them to my computer and then the audio doesn´t work, so i need to restart my computer and the audio returns, so my question is, why this happen? i don´t want to restart my pc everytime that i need the
headphones.

I hope that someone can answer me

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
