Windows 10: My laptop doesn't shut down and automatically turn on even when I hard shut down it by...

Hi,I had the issue when my laptop automatically turn on when I shut it down, even with hard button. There's an update to my laptop yesterday. Since then, the laptop continuously showing issues: 1 cannot shut down, 2 hub port cann't supply enough power I only use hub port for monitor and mouse.Please help me with this. Thank you.

Turning on/shutting down issue

Hello,
I cannot turn on my PC at all until I unplug something, like when I try to turn it on it doesn't work, I unplug the Display port then I turn it on and after it turns on I replug it.
I also have problems with shutting down, I sit the pc down from Windows and it shows me the "shutting down" thing and then it suddenly shuts off like it's been unplugged from the wall.
I have my AC, phone, monitor, router and PC.
And I'm using some extensions and adapters because the wall plug is pretty far.
By the way I replaced my Mobo CPU, ram and GPU because the previous build had other problems.

laptop shut down while i first turn the power on after upgrading to win10

thanks for your help,

i follow the first step and didnt find any problem,

and then i boot my laptop in safe mode with network ,

it can successfully be shut down and turn on ,

then i leave the safe mode and turn off the windows fast startup,

now my laptop can shut down and turn on normally like it used to be,

but the problem still exist when i hibernate my laptop,

when i reboot from hibernate state , it still shut down itself after the windows icon shows up.

HP Laptop doesn't shut down properly

I have a Pavilion which, sometimes, doesn't shut down properly. It is a fresh install of Windows 10.
What happens is that if I turn on the laptop and then shut it down, it shuts down properly. However, if I start using the computer for a while (surfing the internet and so on), when I try to shut down it appears to be shutting down, and it does: the HDD light goes off, wi-fi card shuts down, monitor goes black but the computer stays on, and the fan keeps going.
I have turned off fast startup and sleep mode from power options, but it doesn't change anything.
I have 3 options in my mind:

• Windows 10 related problem
  
• Motherboard problem
  
• Normal behaviour of the machine
  

Is it possible that the laptop stays on in order to cool the hardware before shutting down completely? That's something I've been thinking about.
