Windows 10: my laptop doesn’t sign in and even when putting the right pin it says your credentials...

Ive tried everything to get it to start but my laptop still doesn’t sign in I just want it to work please help

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Remove sign in pin

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.

Problem sign in to one drive app

I am not able to sign in from my laptop app to one drive.

Before it show a "sign in" window forever. Now even when I press on "Sign in" doesn t open anything and I am not able to put my credential.
