Windows 10: My laptop fan does not start when the laptop turn on back from sleep

Hi. I have a device from asus tuf f15 which has i5 11400h processor in it. It is running on windows 11 from the beginning, but recently i discovered that the fan is not starting after i turn it on back from sleep mode, i need to restart it over to turn the fan on, This process has become very annoying as because i had to repeat some of my collage tasks again and my device temperature reach 100+ sometime which is not so very good. Please help me to solve this problem. Thanks for the support.

fans started working on full speed in sleep mode

hello everyone, writing for the first time and would appreciate some help...

,i usually put my laptop in sleep mode because i have to use it everyday.so as usual my laptop was in sleep mode and suddenly fans started working at full speed.when i turned lid up,LED on power button was on but there was nothing on screen.

then i hold on the power button and fans stopped working. then i again hold the power button to turn on laptop, fans again started at full speed and after some time they back to normal speed.

this is third time this thing happened. apart from this my laptop works smoothly.

can anyone please help me is there any issue with my laptop?

 

Laptop fan not always turning on

I am having an issue on my Inspiron 15 where my cooling fan doesnt always start up. For example, ill start up the laptop, and start web browsing or playing a game, and the fan will never turn on. I have had it overheat and shut off a few times. But if i restart the laptop manually (start>power>restart), it will spin up automatically as it should. But then after a few more restarts, i will have a session where the fan will never turn on. Right now my only solution, besides a restart, is to use the program Speedfan, and ramp the fans to 100%. Does anyone know why its doing this? My other Inspiron 15, running a Broadwell i7 and Windows 10, has no issues at all.

Utility for laptop fan control?

Note that, depending on your laptop, any direct control of the fan may not be possible. I suggested the one above as it seems aimed at laptops in particular- but I've not tried it.

E.g. Speedfan lists no fan on my Thinkpad.

Ok, I've now tried NoteBook FanControl for you.
It has preset configurations for different machines: e.g.




which for my t440s gives




- whereas Speedfan didn't seem to achieve anything, I'm afraid. Presumably you looked at the config editor...
