    My laptop fell and there's a big problem


    While i was working on my couch my hand accidentally hit the laptop and it fell down. Firstly the flap it the ground. Then the whole OS froze and i shutdown my laptop. Then when i tried to open it the normal setup happened but there was a black screen when booting the OS and it didn't boot. I ran the dell diagnostics too and it said all components were working well. What could have happened and is there a way to fix it without going on a trip to the technician? By the way a similar thing happened before but my laptop didn't fall. When i got it repaired they said it was a problem in the VGA.Pls

    Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

    That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

    I suggest Option 1 is easier.

    If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
