Windows 10: My laptop freezes and glitches every few minutes after restarting it!

Laptop freezes on restart

Laptop freezes on restart even after a clean Windows install. Began after an update a few months ago, I dont remember which. Shut down works. Fast startup is off, bios is up to date.

Any suggestions?

I bought a (used) laptop at the start of February. (usually in my country it's better to buy used laptops that are from other countries because we barely have originals, most of the laptops are fake and overpriced so it's normal to buy it used.)

I had a problem with the screen glitching and freezing, and then one day the computer shut off completely. I took it to get fixed, and they said there was a problem with the hard drive (motherboard). They fixed it, and I got it back May 10th. a few days ago I noticed a small glitch again, but it was nothing.

Today, it lagged the same way it used to before. I'm hoping it doesn't turn off again, and I will take it to the repairmen again, but now I have trust issues so I'm asking for others' opinion. I was told the laptop was only used for barely a year (and judging by the serial number, and the service tag, that is true.) and that it didn't have anything fixed, or replaced. When it comes to the laptop itself, it works perfectly - never lags, doesn't glitch, I use Adobe programs and they work perfect. It's just that it glitches, and freezes. I have to reset it manually, and then it's fine again. But the last time, like I said, it shut off completely and wouldn't turn on. I would like to add that it glitches during random times, for example today I was just watching YouTube and that was it.

The laptop is Dell Vostro 5402.
