Windows 10: My laptop freezes and restarts afterwards, no BSOD.

So, since a few weeks ago my laptop that i have since 2020 has been freezing the screen gets stuck for 15s or so before it restarts and restarting in a sporadic manner, what i mean by that is that i can't figure out a pattern because it can happen one day, be fine for the next 3 or 4 days and then it happens again. What i already did to try to fix this:-Updating Windows 11 currently on version 23H2;-Updating the GPU drivers currently on AMD 24.7.1;-Did a RAM Test, on both the Windows built-in one and memtest86 4 passes, both came with 0 errors;-Checked both SSD and HDD health on softwa

BSOD and freezing

Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
I did not install any new hardware.
Now it seems to run fine again.

But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
I bought this laptop last January.

 

Laptop freezes on restart

Laptop freezes on restart even after a clean Windows install. Began after an update a few months ago, I dont remember which. Shut down works. Fast startup is off, bios is up to date.

Any suggestions?

Hi, I have ASUS TUF FX505DU windows 10 (1909 18363.720).

Issue i am facing with my laptop is that for no reason sometimes there is BSoD, sometimes laptop freezes and sometimes restarts. This happens while running games or browsing internet (no specific app) or even when system is idle. Freezes mostly happens when
there is no program running (but sometimes laptop freezes while some program is running). I have run windows memory diagnostic, also diagnostics in myASUS app but there are no errors. I also reinstalled windows several times.

Laptop is 1 month old,, but these errors started after 1 week.
