Windows 10: My laptop freezes/ crashes/gets bluescreen errors while playing games like CS:GO, Valorant etc.

My Laptop specs are :- CPU- AMD ryzen 5 5500u better say an APUGPU- AMD Radeon graphics™ better say an iGPURam- 16 GB Dual channel ramStorage- 512GB SSDMotherboard- HonorAlready tried windows memory diagnostics test, chkdsk and many other commands but nothing helped. Its seems like when its temperature reaches 60°C, then PC freezes and restarts after a few seconds.Here's link of my system log file-My system log.evtx and 3 more types of bluescreen errors that i got :-DesktopI am further seeking your help.

I get bluescreen when I play valorant like 6 times. Is there a reason or a way to fix this?

When I other games like overwatch or csgo my PC is fine, but when I play Valorant, my PC crashes and bluescreens more than 2 times in a game. It crahsed at most 4 times before. How can I fix this?

 

Laptop Keeps Crashing, Freezing, and Bluescreen After Upgrading To Windows 11.

Hi, I have a dell latitude 5480 with a I7 processor. I upgraded my laptop from win 10 to win 11. However, since my laptop didn't meet the requirement, I changed some of the registry and it worked. But now, I decided to use win 10 again. Since then, there are so many things happening when I'm using my laptop such as freezing, crashing, bluescreen, etc. Some of the error code in the bluescreen are "IR", "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL", "KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE", "SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION", and many more. There are also some buzzing sound when my laptop freeze. I checked on the internet and most of them said that it is because of the fan. So I cleaned the fan, thermal paste and then reapplied them again. However, the problems (freezing, crashing, bluescreen) still happens especially when I play Valorant on very low settings. I also have updated all of my driver before I play games. One thing I should add is that this is a newly bought laptop. My father bought it a year ago during pandemic for me to study. Is there any thing I can do to fix this? Please help, I don't want my father to buy me a new laptop since this laptop is quiet expensive for us. Thanks in advance!

 

Getting TPM errors while playing games like Valorant

So recently, I've been getting TPM errors shown in the Event Viewer program and it would usually happen in games like Valorant. I have swapped everything such as the CPU, GPU, RAM, and even the motherboard but it has not fixed anything at all. Even installing a new Windows installation didn't fix it and clearing the TPM didn't do anything. All parts that were swapped into the PC are confirmed working on other PCs. Is there any way to fix this or will I be unable to play Valorant and other games?
